Annual report for period 6 April 2011 to 5 April 2012, EL 24837 Calvert Hills

Abstract

During Year 6 of EL 24837, following a review of its exploration priorities, Investigator reported to the Calvert Hills JV that it intended to seek expressions of interest from potential new JV partners or purchasers. Although there was some initial interest, potential third parties declined to take the matter further. Investigator then advised Uranium West on 21 March 2012 that it wished to dissolve the Calvert Hills JV and it left the decision to Uranium West as to whether to apply for the Renewal of EL 24837. After discussion, Uranium West decided to take on the management of EL 24837. An Application for the Renewal of EL 24837 was lodged with DoR by Uranium West on 26 March 2012.
