Abstract

A desktop review was conducted on this tenements within the Calvert Hills Project followed by a field reconnaissance survey to prioritise targets and future exploration programmes. During 2008-2009 a total of 43 samples were collected and sent for processing. The results are not available and may not have actually been processed. Exploration in 2010-2011 involved field reconnaissance for selection of 3 large stream gravel samples from several of the larger streams within the tenement. At the time of the reconnaissance survey the creeks were damp, which would make sample collection quite difficult and slow due to damp material not passing through the sampling sieve. Therefore the collection of samples was postponed.
