Yambla Project Final technical report EL 26142 for the period 18 February 2008 to 19 December 2011

Abstract

The project is located approximately 200km east of Alice Springs, and was explored for gold, uranium, base metals and REE. The tenement was granted on 18th February 2008, expiring and surrendered on 19th December 2011. During this tenure, Cullen entered into a joint venture with UXA Resources Limited (UXA) from 7th April 2010 to 10th June 2011, with UXA as the manager. Prior to UXA's JV; Cullen within the first year of tenure, completed a field programme, taking a Spectrometer based survey, with a total of 9 samples, as well as a historical data review. During the period of JV, UXA completed exploration activities comprising compilation of previous exploration data; compiling, levelling, reprocessing and re-imaging of regional NTGS aeromagnetic and radiometric data; preliminary interpretation of the geophysical datasets; surface rock chip sampling (77 samples); stream geochemistry (114 samples) and regional/prospect scale geological and structural mapping. There was no further exploration completed after June 2011, when UXA withdrew from the JV. Final reports itemising results of exploration are provided in the appendices.
