Final technical report on EL 26827 Red Rock for period 11 February 2009 to 19 July 2010

Abstract

This Final Annual Technical Report for EL 26827 Red Rock covers work carried out during the period from grant (11 February 2009) to surrender (19 July 2010). Exploration activities during the period are as follows; An historical data review comprising acquisition and assessment of all available open file reports and data. Apart from a brief reconnaissance visit in mid 2009 to determine logistics and meet the pastoralists no on-ground exploration has been carried out. 1000m of aircore drilling was planned across Tertiary palaeochannel. MMP prepared and submitted. An Exploration Agreement with the Traditional Owners was not forthcoming. Toro was requested by the Traditional Owners not to carry out exploration for uranium and to surrender the licence. EL 26827 was surrendered on 19 July 2010.
