Title: Partial surrender report on EL 26185 Gum Ridge, January 2010
Title Holder / Company: Minemakers Australia
Report id: CR2010-0153
Tenure: EL26185
Year: 2010
Author: Hitchcox, A
Abstract: The Gum Ridge exploration licence was acquired to explore for uranium and phosphate. Results to date have not indicated the presence of any surficial expressions of mineralisation within the tenement, based on widely spaced rock chip sampling. However, the tenement is positioned along strike from significant economic phosphate mineralisation at Minemakers' Wonarah tenements. To better test the potential for phosphate mineralisation, Minemakers proposes to carry out a reconnaissance soil geochemical sampling program utilising a weak leach technique eg MMI (Mobile Metal Ion) during the current year. Anomalous results will be followed up with percussion drilling.
