Annual technical report for the period 26 February 2009 to 25 February 2010, EL 24729 Newry Project

Abstract

Australian Mineral Mines Pty Ltd (AMM) and Johan Pieter Pas are exploring Exploration Licence 24729 Newry for ornamental siltstone within Victoria Basin Proterozoic Sediments including siltstone, shale and sandstone. The licence covers an area of 6 Blocks (19 sq km) and is located on the Waterloo 1:250,000 Series Sheet SE/52-03. Exploration during the reporting period has included a single field trip carried out by Mr Pas and the AMM geological staff. It was determined by the lease holders that there is significant ornamental siltstone reserves to warrant the application of an extractive mineral titles claim. Exploration will resume in early-mid 2010 with the intention of mapping out the boundaries for any future extractive mineral titles claim, as well as the exploration of further deposits.
