Finniss Range Project, EL 25521 Kangaroo Flats North, Annual report for EL 25521 Kangaroo Flats North for the period 9 October 2008 to 8 October 2009

Abstract

Work completed on EL 25521 consisted of a detailed literature review in preparation for rock chip sampling and reconnaissance mapping in late 2009.A detailed literature review was completed over EL 25521. Historic exploration completed over the Liana's and Liana's West prospects identified anomalous tin mineralisation in pegmatites. Work to be completed during the 2009-2010 field season will include reconnaissance mapping on planned traverses in addition to rock chip sampling of prospective lithologies including pegmatites (for Sn, Ta and Li), and sediments comprising the Burrell Creek Formation (for base metals and Au). Mapping and sampling of the Liana's prospect (where coarse mineralisation was observed by Greenex geologists) is recommended.
