Abstract: During the seventh and final year of tenure an exploration proposal was forwarded to the Central Land Council for a RAB drilling program at the historic Paddy's Jump Up uranium prospect satisfying conditions of the Harts Range ILUA, covering the tenement. The area contained historic uranium intersections in lignite, drilled by Esso in the 1970's at the Paddy's Jump Up prospect (Esso, 1977). Traditional Owners inspected the area in June 2008 and informed Rum Jungle that the Paddy's area contained a significant sacred site and that no exploration was permitted. No exploration occurred elsewhere on the tenement. It is understood no exploration was carried out on the tenement by either Tanami Gold or Deep Yellow in the first 5 years of tenure. The tenement will now be relinquished.
