Exploration work conducted on the Turner's Dome Project during the period ending 21 March 2009 included: geophysical interpretations; geological map analysis; outcrop and access route identification; scintillometer surveys; and rock chip sampling. Interpretation of the recently conducted Airborne Survey by GPX Airborne Services Pty Ltd - (EMI Magnetics and Radiometrics) from the Central Area of the tenement was conducted by Geologica Pty Ltd. Field Visit - involved the 'ground proofing' of geophysical targets from radiometrics on the Central Area. During February 2008 GPX Airborne Services completed a grid survey of airborne magnetics and radiometrics over the lease. This was completed at a line spacing of 100m and a flying height of 60m. A total of approximately 3,318 line kilometres was surveyed and results plotted at 1:25,000 scale. Maps illustrating contoured potassium, thorium, uranium and total radiometric counts as well as Digital Terrain Models (DTM), Total Magnetic Intensity (TMI), Reduced To Pole (RTP) and First Order Derivative (1VD) images were produced for analysis. The image data were modeled at several different shadow angles and in various combinations to allow interpretation of surface and sub-surface structures to be completed.en_US
