Title: Final report for EL 22246 Selby Project, for the period 5 February 2003 to 24 November 2008
Title Holder / Company: Legend International Holdings

Abstract: This report describes the exploration activities conducted over the life of Exploration Licence 22246 between the 5th of February, 2003, and the 24th of November, 2008. Exploration activities included the collation of historical and open file data, data reprocessing, purchase of aerial photographs, and target generation. The northern half of the tenement is covered by the Pungalina Station Conservation Reserve, and carries a large risk in terms of security of tenure and access to the tenement. While there exists potential for negotiations with the current owners of the reserve, it is anticipated that the negotiations would be tedious and protracted. The presence of the reserve would also impinge on the ability to conduct exploration activities over the area. The southern half of the tenement, that which is not covered by the conservation reserve, is considered to be of low exploration potential. The potential of this area to host economic deposits of base metals, diamonds or uranium is considered to be low due to the lack of geological elements believed to be significant in the formation of such deposits. Due to geological and environmental considerations, the exploration potential of this tenement is considered to be low. It is therefore recommended that this tenement be surrendered.
