Abstract: | Bull Pup Mine lies within the Last Hope alluvials, approximately 30 miles NW of Tennant Creek and is 0.5 mile east of Last Hope Mine. The Bull Pup mine is in a faulted anticline. It has returned only 20 tons of ore which yielded 5.5 ounces of gold. Underground workings were mapped and sampled. Nil gold and copper was reported. The quartz- and iron-veined host sandstone may be Tomkinson Creek beds. |
