| Abstract: | EL 1444 is held to check possibly significant radiometric anomalies detected in a 1977 airborne survey. Rock and bore waters were sampled. The Pine Hill Stock Bore returned 720 ppb and Sandy Creek Bore 430 ppb U. Bounders of a highly radioactive material were found during a scintillometer survey. Samples of this material show that monazite is 50% of the rock and the main radioactive elements are cerium, thorium, neodymium and other are earth elements. |
