Abstract: This is the final relinquishment report for EL 7837. As such, it details all exploration activity conducted over the licence for the period 13th October 1997 to 24th December 2007. EL 7837 formed part of the Coomarie Agreement within the former Central Desert Joint Venture between Otter Gold and Anglogold Ashanti. The tenement is located approximately 650km northwest of Alice Springs and approximately 40 km southwest of The Tanami Mine. In 1999 a small soil sampling program (49 surface samples) was conducted within the tenement but assay results were low, generally around 0.05ppb.This work was conducted prior to the takeover of Otter in 2002 and the digital data is unavailable. Details can be found in previous reports submitted by Otter. In 2006 a gravity survey was completed in the MacFarlanes area by Fugro Ground. There were 2380 stations at 1km spacing, 17 of which were located on this tenement. The survey was carried out to get a better understanding of the large structures in the area, especially the intrusions. In 2006 a drilling program was conducted over the tenement. Twenty four aircore holes were drilled (906 metres, 254 samples).
