| Abstract: | This report deals with the potential, cost and feasibility to export iron ore from the Mount Bundey area through Darwin Port. Pritchards Lode covered by ML 285B and 286B is held by Nevsam Mining. The description of the deposit refers to drilling by the Mines Branch and gives a total reserve of 1,504,000 tons at about 64% iron, 0.07% sulphur, 0.052% phosphorous and 0.044% copper. Logistics of mining and shipping are also discussed and a plan of the Darwin wharf shiploader is included. |
