Title Holder / Company: Geo Processors
Report id: CR1992-0694
Tenure: EL5689;  EL6509;  EL7060
Year: 1992
Abstract: This is resource estimate and pre-feasibility study assessing the use of playa lake brines in the modern Karinga Creek and palaeo-drainage drainage system to commercially produce salt chemicals through the use of natural energy. Potential products include various sulphates, chlorides, carbonates and bromides. Brines and sediment cores were sampled, assayed and classified. Laboratory test work was conducted. The report concluded that there was some confidence on which to further pursue a commercial operation.
