Abstract: | The area was covered during the period 1987-92 by lag sampling, 16km gridding, 6.6 line km ground magnetics, 603 vacuum drill holes totalling 1825m and 33 RAB holes totalling 1560m. Results from lag sampling area regarded as spurious as they're believed to be a result of contamination. Vacuum drilling outlined several moderate Au-Bi anomalies, one of which was associated with a broad low order 200nT magnetic anomaly. RAB follow up returned low levels of anomalism (0.03gpt Au). |
