| Abstract: | The report outlines the work undertaken prior to the relinquishment of the area. The first pass soil survey detailed an anomaly which was further enhanced by detailed follow up. The anomaly was identified as Hopeful Star East. The area was further tested by 22 vacuum drill holes, which proved that the anomaly resulted from surface contamination of the Hopeful Star Mine which downgraded the prospect. Structural features reported include: Mary Lane Shear Zone. |
