Abstract: | Two areas of gold anomalism (zone 5 and zone 6) were outlined by the lag sampling programme in the relinquished portion of the licence. Follow up was by means of vacuum drill sampling. This drilling confirmed anomalous Au (28ppb) and Cu (54ppm) at zone 5. A ground magnetic survey, zone 5, outlined a linear east-west trending anomaly broadly coincident with the lag-vacuum drilling anomaly. 7 RAB holes (totalling 254m) further tested the area. No significant assays were obtained (0.33g-t Au, 60ppm Cu and 3ppm Bi were the maximum values). |
