Abstract: | Marshall 'M' type lag sampling outlined a single geochemical anomaly immediately east of MCC315. This anomaly was followed up by 56 shallow RAB holes (339m) (max 125ppm Cu, 56ppm Pb and 5ppm Bi). Reconnaissance of the title outlined an area of sheared hematitic porphyry, siltstone, hematitic ironstone was located coincident with a 1.5km magnetic high. 24 rock chip samples returned slightly elevated Cu (26ppm) and Bi (6ppm) values. This area was subsequently tested by 352 vacuum drill holes (1651m). This area was also geologically mapped, and had a ground magnetic survey completed. |
