| Abstract: | 31 stream sediment, 7 pisolite (lag) and 5 rock chip samples were collected indicating only very minor copper and zinc anomalism (83ppm Cu and 320 ppm Zn max), associated with outcropping Birrindudu Group Sediments. These sediments are as a whole arenaceous in this area. The lithology and discouraging geochemistry results have downgraded the prospectivity of this area to host a stratiform base metal deposit. |
