Both North Ringwood old workings and The Pelican Prospect occur on an upright anticline-syncline pair. Along strike extrapolation suggests that they do not occur on the same fold pair. Gold mineralization at both prospects is restricted to quartz veins. At North Ringwood it is noted that mineralization is late and superimposed on the fold structures. The Pelican prospect at +1Mt at 0.8 g-t is too low grade and the Ringwood Old Workings at 50 000 at 2.8 g-t Au is too small to be economic. Work should be undertaken in the area between the prospects to delineate a possible further and economic resource.en_US
