Abstract: | Three BLEG samples were considered anomalous. Follow up indicated that two of these areas drained areas which had been previously drilled by Western Mining Corporation. The final anomaly was traced to a phyllite hosted, sheared quartz hematite ridge. Rock chip samples of this ridge returned low order gold results (to 0.335ppm Au). Rock chip samples, however, returned highly anomalous arsenic (to 2500ppm) and lead (to 3900ppm), with moderately anomalous copper and zinc. |
