| Title Holder / Company: | Western Mining |
| Report id: | CR1991-0012 |
| Tenure: | EL6249 |
| Year: | 1991 |
| Author: | Conan-Davies, MS |
| Abstract: | The report summarises the work undertaken during the life of the permit. To complete the testing of the Rising Tide Au-As anomaly, 6 RC drill holes totalling 192m were drilled testing the entire anomaly-the best value was 8m at 0.19g-t in BRNC-6. The area requires no further work. Follow up of the lead anomalism outlined in the previous year showed the anomalism to more dislocated than previously thought-the anomalism is coincident with an intense magnetic high. The anomaly is deemed to be uneconomic. Structural features reported include: Batchelor Shelf. |
