Abstract: | 12 R.C. percussion drill holes tested the Red Hill Area. Correlation of features of the geology and mineralisation is poor, suggesting structural complications such as faulting. Only low grades were intersected, through nuggets have been located, the bulk grade is thought to be uneconomic. 8 R.C. percussion drill holes tested the Cornerpost area. Wide zones of low grade mineralisation were encountered in pyrite rich meta sediments with minor quartz veining. The mineralisation intersected is believed to be characteristic of the Cornerpost area. |
