Abstract: Prospect J25 is a splay to the Mount Shoobridge Fault. Rock chip samples yielded encouraging gold values with elevated lead, As, and silver. Soil sampling returned a strong anomaly over or just downslope of the main quartz stockwork zone. RC percussion drilling returned disappointing results. The results show that J25 is only weakly enriched in gold and is not an economic target. Brumby Aeromag (South) ground magnetics outlined peaks. The IP survey indicated that a conductor was not associated with the magnetic anomaly. No significant assays were derived from soil geochemistry or RC percussion drill holes. The magnetic anomaly was determined to be derived from magnetic bearing hornfels. No further work recommended on either prospect. Next field season work will centre prospect J31.
