Abstract: | Soil sampling results over the Joker grid were generally low, however, an erratic NE trending zone with spot highs (maximum 36.7ppb Au) were defined corresponding to the main drainage trend. Mapping revealed a similar trend in the quartz veining. Rock chip sampling returned generally low values (<0.6g-t Au) with a maximum of 4g-t Au. It is concluded that the stream anomaly is a result of concentration of low level anomalism via alluvial processes. Work on the Dick Greyson grid returned generally low values (0-2ppb Au) with spot highs to 42ppb Au. Rock chip sampling returned low order values with a maximum of 0.38g-t Au. |
