| Abstract: | The initial stream and rock chip programs outlined 1 copper and 2 gold anomalies. Follow up downgraded the copper and the western gold anomaly. The remaining anomaly on the southern nose of Mount Darwent required further work. Costeaning determined that a single gossanous quartz reef was the principle gold source. Aeromagnetics of the licence defined a broad anticlinal structure represented on the ground by Mount Darwent and a number of small parasitic fold closures in the west. Follow up RAB over the western fold closure did not return any significant gold anomalism. |
