Abstract: 5 RC drill holes were drilled to test a 4000 gamma magnetic anomaly. On average 70-80m flat lying clays and sandy clays of the Burt Basin were encountered, a weathered granulite profile was encountered beneath this material with an average thickness of 5m, beneath which fresh granulite was encountered. The granulite was magnetite bearing with anomalous apatite and zircon, but no ore grade material.
Structural features reported include: Burt Basin.
