| Abstract: | The report broadly discusses the structural controls on the formation of ironstones in the Tennant Creek area. Ironstones appear to be located at or near the hinge of second order anticlines where there is a marked difference in the mechanical properties of the lithological units. Results elsewhere and the lack of nay characteristic magnetic signature has downgraded the prospectivity of the licence. |
