| Abstract: | An attempt to disclose geologic features favourable to base metal deposition was unsuccessful. A cupriferous gossan in the souther Oliffe Range is mentioned. Other gossans in the James Range, Chandlers Range and Oliffe Range areas had anomalous copper and zinc. Most work was focused on the Goyder Formation, particularly the basal argillite in an area of intense faulting 2.5 miles NE of Bokhara Bore. |
