Title: Report on Induced Polarization and Magnetometer Surveys, Rankin Prospect and White Range NT.
Title Holder / Company: Central Pacific Minerals
Report id: CR1969-0080
Tenure: NT17
Year: 1969
Author: Gedde, RW
Abstract: At Rankins Prospect, induced polarization and magnetic anomalies were located. Some of these show a high potential for magnetite-sulphide mineralisation. Seven percussion drill holes have recommended to test for sulphides. Minor IP anomalies are observed on the White Range Prospect associated with the gold bearing reef formation.
The geophysical programme was carried out during the period of June 30-July 9 1969. This report is a photocopy of Alice Springs Report CR76-1.
