| Abstract: | A 75 sample -200# stream sediment survey was completed initially. In addition 5 rock chip samples were collected. The initial programme indicated 2 areas with anomalous Au geochemistry. Follow up confirmed the anomalies. Work at the Catfish gold anomaly included a soil sampling programme the northern lines returned anomalous values. 3 of the initial stream sediment samples produced anomalous base metal geochemistry which have been related to variations in background levels in the Proterozoic stratigraphy. |
