Abstract: The report presents the results of a mapping review and resampling of the 900' level adit below the Coronation Hill open pit. This was done to reconcile previous mapping of the adit in 1985 with widened benches in the open pit above the adit. Only one change in terminology was made: previously mapped 'purple pyroclastics' were re-interpreted as quartz feldspar porphyry. Major structures mapped in the adit were consistent with those observed in the surface exposures. There is good correlation between observed mineralisation zones from sampling and interpreted ore blocks five metres above. Results from 1985 sampling were systematically higher than the 1987 sampling. Different labs were used. There was some uncertainty about whether sampling intervals were comparable.
