Abstract: | A detailed and extensive review of drill core has resulted in the identification of a previously unrecognised structure, which cuts across the vertical mineralised zone at about 300RL, the 300 Shear. A revised geological model was also developed, which identifies the 300 Shear as a thrust fault. The resultant vertical attenuation resulted in the development of the Woodcutters Anticline. Pre existing sulphide mineralisation was extensively remobilised. Below the 300 Shear mineralisation was not remobilisad to the same extent and essentially remains as stratiform replacement style mineralisation. |
