| Abstract: | Five input EM lines were flown over the Eastern Creek prospect, filling in gaps in the 1978 survey. Field-checking of anomalies indicated ferruginous/hematitic sediments of the Roper Group, and/or faulting to be responsible. Testing of the Eastern Creek prospect by Electrical Induced Polarisation failed to delineate areas of interest. Geological mapping of the licence confirmed earlier mapping by the BMR. |
