Abstract: | Work during the reporting period included drilling programs of 502 RAB drill holes and 199 vacuum holes. The majority of the drilling focused on anomalism identified at Mt Hardy, Terry's Find, Weaner Bore and Silver King. RAB drilling at the Terry's Find revealed a strong 300m wide arsenic anomaly with maximum gold value to 4m at 77 ppb Au and identified narrow zones of deep weathering, but did not returned significant bedrock anomalism. At Mount Hardy two phases of drilling were conducted to test extension of copper workings. An intersection of 6 m at 0.6 Cu was the best results from the phase one. The second phase drilling confirmed and further defined the copper anomalism, however no significant gold results were received. At Pyramid Hill vacuum drilling returned a number of low-level gold and copper values. Follow up drilling did not return significant results. Follow up drilling within Weaner Bore repeated low level anomalism in three holes at tenor similar to 2002 drilling, however + 100ppm Cu results (from 2002) were not repeated. Further work is planned at Mt Hardy and Weaner Bore. |
