| Abstract: | Mineral Claims N1093 - N1114, in the Pine Creek area, NT, are currently being explored by AngloGold Australasia Limited. The mineral claims are located approximately 3km north of the Pine Creek township and 8km south east of AngloGold's Union Reefs Gold Mine and treatment facilities. The Caledonian Mineral Claims were granted to Goldman Capitol Limited on the 15th April 1989 and have since been held by the Shell company of Australia, Billiton, Acacia Resources Ltd and, currently, AngloGold Australasia Limited. Due to changing priorities within AngloGold Australasia the Caledonian MCN's were allowed to expire on the 31st December 2001. This report summarises the work completed within the leases over the period between the 17th July 1986 and 31st December 2000. |
