Title: Final report exploration licence 9009
Title Holder / Company: Exploration Technology Services
Report id: CR2000-0322
Tenure: EL9009
Year: 2000
Author: Hodgetts, GW
Abstract: This report summarises all work done within the licence area. This included the interpretation of air photographs and magnetic data, field mapping and loam stream sediment sampling. A strong circular anomaly was mapped and tested for kimberlites. Loam samples taken in the centre of the anomaly carried anomalous magnetite in the heavy mineral fraction. The anomaly possibly represents a pipe-like intrusion of Cambrian age and could be associated with base metal mineralisation.
