Abstract: Two areas of interest were defined within the Exploration Licence. Area 1 (the Venus Prospect) was identified from the airborne magnetics as a low order dipole magnetic anomaly. Follow up consisted of 49 line km of ground magnetics and 139 vacuum drill holes totalling 508m. Anomalous Cu and Fe values were defined along with sporadic elevated gold. The significance of these values is yet to be determined and warrants further investigation. The regional vacuum drill programme defined an area on the southern boundary with elevated geochemistry (max 75ppb Au).
