The project area was gridded. Gravity-magnetic-IP surveys, geological mapping and rock chip sampling was undertaken. 5 RC percussion holes were drilled in EL 7636. The gravity survey outlined several gravity highs some of which have no known ironstones associated with them, or a magnetic high. The gravity anomalies warrant follow up. Lag sampling concentrated on small ironstone bodies or zones of quartz veining in ferruginous siltstone. RC percussion drilling at the Gossan Hill prospect returned anomalous assays, mainly corresponding to talc alteration +-- hematite stringer zones. Best assay 0.59 g-t Au. Cu-Bi anomalism is also present. The single hole at Fairway failed to intersect ironstone or alteration. The magnetic response is apparently associated with magnetic sediments and biotite lamprophyre.en_US
