Abstract: | The stream sediment programme delineated ore zone of anomalous geochemistry through a number of isolated shot highs occurred for base metal-Ta in the north of the licence. The base metal highs are due to high background levels in the Petrel Formation. Anomaly 1 is an 800m long zone of anomalous gold (to 3.8ppb) geochemistry, not associated with any consistent path finder element readings. The anomaly trends north-south and is associated with a micaceous schist outcrop. Anomaly 1 is a low priority target. |
