Abstract: | Assessment of the geological, geochemical and down hole magnetic data led to the conclusion that the NW lobe of the Navigator 5 magnetic anomaly is due to presence of magnetic sediments rather than an iron stone body. Modelling of the survey of Explorer 173 suggest the presence of an ironstone body at approximately 290m. |
