| Abstract: | EL6141 was surrendered as the prospective Maud Dolerite had not been located in this licence. In EL6137 the Au soil anomalism is associated with an East West trending shear zone that penetrates the NE trending hydrobreccia Infill soil geochemistry for EL6172 was successful with a direct correlation between gold present in the shear zone and the soil anomaly. The soil anomaly has a strike length in excess of 200m. The anomaly in EL6198 is related to a shear zone adjacent to the EL boundary with EL4914. Structural features reported include: 17 mile anticline. Tectonic events include: Top End Orogeny and Maud creek event. |
