dc.description.abstractThe report outlines previous production-exploration in the Union Reefs area, ore reserves at Crosscourse and Ping Quees. In December 1988 Mineral Horizons N L and Togar Pty Ltd commenced gold jig based alluvial production-initial production achieved low recovery rates due to high water flow required to break down clay. The plant has been modified by a bank of Knielson concentrators and a large capacity scrubber trommel. Gold production from the end of June 1989 totalled 149. 7 oz from approximately 15 000 loose cu.m of alluvial material. Structural features reported include: Pine Creek shear zone.en_US
