Abstract: An airborne EM (GEOTEM) survey was completed over both licences. Preliminary interpretation of the data outlined 3 EM anomalies within EL 3597. Ground follow up has been commenced on two of the anomalies and will be reported next year. For EL 4015 the EM survey has outlined a broad high associated with the Oenpelli Dolerite. A ground EM (Protem 47) survey was trialed at the end of year 2. Interpretation of the results indicated that it successfully mapped the basement contact and the zones of alteration. It was determined to be a satisfactory method for plotting the zones of alteration. The structural study indicated that the area had undergone ENE-WSW shortening. The faults within the area have been shown to be reverse faults. PNC trailed the PIMA II spectroradiometer. This is a newly developed instrument measuring short wavelength I.R. and is used to document radiation.
