| Abstract: | Carpentaria Gold Pty Ltd negotiated a farm-in agreement with the Australian Land Company Pty. Ltd. on EL 5345. The aim is to locate gold ore to feed the mill at the Tom's Gully Gold Mine. The two minute blocks of the licence area were stream sedimenti surveyed. A low order gold anomaly (1.1 ppb) was located on the western side of the surveyed area. Further work is required in this area. An earlier auger drilling programme conducted by Talmina Trading (1986) delineated minor gold and arsenic anomalies on an anticlinal axis in the Mount Bonnie Formation. This area was soil sampled by Carpentaria. No zones of gold mineralization were delineated. |
