| Abstract: | Two hundred samples were taken from the northern half of the licence: consisting of two rock chip samples, seven soil samples, 14 bulk cyanide leach samples (BCL) and 177 stream sediment samples (-40#). The rock chips, soil and stream sediment samples were assayed for Sn, Ta, Cu, Pb and Zn. The BCL samples were taken at the end of the major drainage systems while the stream sediment samples were taken from the major tributary systems to ensure a balanced sampling density. The soil samples were taken from two channel lines which cut perpendular to the strike of a weathered quartz vein which was trending northwest. |
