| Abstract: | The report is a preliminary interpretation of geophysical data covering the EL's. Prior to 1981, geophysical surveys over the Westmoreland / Seigal Volcanics contact were broad-spaced, and an evaluation of this data indicated that some areas were poorly mapped and may have missed structures. Work since 1982 has included close-spaced ground magnetic surveys over the contact at Southern Comfort North and Cobar 2 grids, along with a conductivity survey. In 1983 an airborne magnetic and radiometric survey was flown. Report outlines results for each EL using the various geophysical techniques. |
