| Abstract: | EL 4218 is a 196 square kilometre area with Lower Proterozoic Burrell Creek Formation being the predominant rock unit. A consideration of the geological position of this licence led to a decision to seek gold as a primary target and to undertake a sampling programme to cover each incidence of the Burrell Creek Formation evident on the Licence Area. This sampling has been undertaken and results will be evaluated with the view to a gridding/sampling programme to investigate any mineralisation anomalies. |
