| Abstract: | Work completed within the group consisted of 6 bulk samples and regional reconnaissance stream sediment sampling. 2 of the bulk samples from EL7301 returned macrodiamonds one weighing 1.15cts. Numerous chromites were recovered from stream sediment samples. Results-locations of 106 stream sediment samples collected early 1993 are outstanding. VOLUME 2 Base metal exploration in the second year of these licences consisted of the interpretation of an airborne EM survey, flown primarily in EL7300 and limited stream sediment (13 samples) sampling within the East of EL7300. 2, 1-2 priority EM targets were defined in the west of EL7300 while 4 of the stream sediment samples returned anomalous values (max 143ppm Pb, and 91ppm Zn) |
